High Tide Home Staging was founded by two sisters — and Charleston-based entrepreneurs — who bring different skills to the same goal. Blair designs the space: every piece scaled, placed, and styled so the room works in person and on camera. Brooke makes sure it reaches the right audience: listing photos, social media, and marketing that gets buyers through the door. Together, they stage homes that sell.
Blair Crocker
Blair holds an Interior Design degree from the University of Alabama and has spent the last decade working across the interior design industry — from retail showrooms to hands-on client work — in various cities across the southeast. She understands how furniture needs to sit in a room: the right scale, the right proportion, the right placement so a space feels balanced in person and photographs correctly on screen. She also brings professional staging experience in the Charleston market, and runs her own interior design firm, Olive Designs.

Brooke graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Public Relations and has spent her career helping small businesses tell their stories. She launched Calico Creative in Charleston in 2021 and has worked closely with local businesses — including real estate professionals — on social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. At High Tide, Brooke brings an understanding of what works on which platform and why — how buyers search, what stops the scroll, and how to make a listing stand out in a crowded feed.
